Every time you log in to your 1998 rich account, you enter a fully protected environment. We use the same 256-bit SSL encryption technology trusted by leading banks in Malaysia to ensure every login session remains inaccessible to any third party.
Member trust is our most valuable asset. That's why our login system is designed not only for convenience, but also with robust security layers. Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP ensures only you can access your account, even if your password is ever compromised.
The login process at 1998 rich is designed to be as straightforward as possible without compromising security. All you need is your registered phone number and password — within seconds, you're in and ready to enjoy your favourite games.
For players who frequently game on mobile, the 1998 rich app offers an auto-login feature that lets you jump in without typing your password every time. This feature is only available on your personal device and can be disabled at any time through your account security settings.
If you've forgotten your password, don't worry. Our "Forgot Password" feature lets you reset it in under 2 minutes via OTP verification sent to your registered phone number. No complicated process, no documents required.
1998 rich also features an advanced login activity monitoring system. Every login attempt from a new device or location is automatically detected, and you'll be notified via SMS if any suspicious activity is identified — giving you complete peace of mind at all times.
